What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently ship using Sendle. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We also offer pick up by appointment in Somerton Park, SA.

Where do you ship?

Three Daisies currently ships within Australia only. Please note that outbound shipping on all orders is non-refundable. For more information on our shipping methods, please go here.

UPDATE YOUR ORDER

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We try to fulfil orders very quickly and are unable to cancel or edit orders at this time.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you made a mistake with your shipping details email us with your order number and new shipping address to be delivered to. The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and update your shipping information.

Because we do our best to fulfil every order as soon as possible, in some cases, we may not be able to change your shipping address after it is processed or shipped.

If your order had already shipped we'd recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to have your package intercepted and redirected to the correct address.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer free and easy returns & exchanges to help you find the perfect items for your next party or event. You can return or exchange items that are undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Please note the original postage charge is non-refundable. Three Daisies is not responsible for any items returned that are not Three Daisies products.

A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.

Do your party bags come pre-packed?

Typically our party bags will be sent disassembled to reduce on the postage cost. If you would like your bags stuffed so they're all ready to go straight out of the box you can select this option at the checkout.

What is the suitable age for Three Daisies products?

Our products are suitable for children aged 3+.
